Guidelines for Program Presenters
1. Presenters are always offered lunch. (exception would be large groups).
2. Usual payment (from the treasury will be $25.00 to presenters charity (if applicable). If not applicable, fee can be used for expenses.
3. $50.00 (from treasury) for special groups (students, entertainment) Limited funds available.
4. Program presenters are not to sell commercial services. Exception would be books, CDs related to the presentation.
5. Members who present programs will be given $25.00 related to their topic or to a charity.
6. Individual members may financially support programs if they chose.
7. Exceptions to the above will be at the discretion of the officers with expenses in line with funds available.
It is good to see written guidelines for presenters.
